2022 Adam im Paradies Riesling, dry, 11.5% vol., Motzenbecker, ORGANIC

DE - ORGANIC - 022 Adam in Paradise is the counterpart to our off-dry Riesling Eva in Paradise. Opposites attract, as they say: Adam is a Burgundy blend. It unites the two strongest Burgundy varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The wine displays incredible fruit aromas, great structure, and a long, lingering finish. The secret lies in the fact that approximately 40% of the wine was aged in tonneau (500L wooden barrels). This imparts a delicate, subtle oak note.
