No sex, no drugs, and no rock n roll - just Riesling! This Riesling was grown in the Nussdorf vineyard and carefully harvested by hand. After cool fermentation and a long time on the yeast, it was matured 1/3 in stainless steel and 2/3 in wooden barrels. Fine fruity, classic Riesling style with a slightly sparkling acidity. This typical Riesling has a pale yellow color tending towards greenish-yellow. Peach and apple dominate the aroma, and in the mouth you can taste juicy fruit supported by an invigorating acidity. Fresh, clear and delicately mineral, yet very harmonious and `thirst-quenching`. Warning: potentially addictive!
