100% Pinot Noir. Silky temperament. Spices combine with fully ripe cherries and wild raspberries. Silky in the mouth, yet full of spirit. Fleshy, fruity and extract sweet. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation, around six weeks in contact with the mash, aging on the yeast for 18 to 22 months, no fining or filtration, use of wood.
