The ten-year-old Caol Ila 2014/2024 is a flagship expression of the picturesque bay on the east coast of the Isle of Islay where it originated. Distilled in 2014, this 100 Proof Edition 28 was finished in first and refill Oloroso sherry butts by one of Scotland`s most successful independent bottlers. Signatory Vintage bottled the island whisky at a robust 57.1% ABV, without added coloring or chill filtration. The result is a full-bodied experience for discerning peat enthusiasts, where sweet peat smoke blends with spicy sherry notes, pepper, and raspberries.
