cooled product 0 ° C to + 7 ° CMaroilles is the only cheese with protected designation of origin north of Paris. It comes from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. During its approximately 35-day ripening period, the cheese is regularly washed with a fragrant red smear. A characterful cheese with a creamy texture, it`s incredibly versatile. Whether on a cheese board, paired with a strong beer, or used to make a Tarte au Maroilles, this robust cheese is a true all-rounder.
