cooled product 0 ° C to + 7 ° CMaroilles is the only protected designation of origin cheese north of Paris. It comes from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. During its approximately 35-day maturation period, the cheese is regularly washed with a fragrant red culture. A characterful cheese with a creamy consistency, it`s versatile. Whether on a cheeseboard, with a strong beer, or for making a Maroilles Tart, the robust Maroilles is a true all-rounder.
