Jorg Geiger Inspiration 4.2 - Blackcurrant Apple Blackberry, still, non-alcoholic

Inspired by fruity, lush red wines. Smell: Red currant, earthy notes, autumnal aromas of fresh leaves and wood. Slightly jammy notes of blackberry. Taste: Finely sour opening with the currant, mouth-filling blackberry, spicy notes of pepper. Tannin and acidity are present in the middle and aftertaste. A slight spiciness forms an exciting finish.
