This IGP balsamic vinegar, aged for at least three years, is made from cooked grape must and wine vinegar and has an acidity of 6%. It seasons fruits, cheeses, and antipasti, provides a sweet and sour finish to many sauces, and pairs beautifully with foie gras, strawberries, ice cream, and Parmesan. It is the longest-aged Invecchiato in the line.
