This IGP balsamic vinegar made from cooked grape must and wine vinegar has been aged for at least 3 years and has 6% acidity. It seasons fruit, cheese and antipasti, is the sweet and sour finish for many sauces and tastes great with foie gras, strawberries, ice cream and parmesan. It is the longest-aged Invecchiato in the line.
