Scalo, shallot spread with herbs, Mongetto
A cream made from pureed shallots and extra virgin olive oil, seasoned with thyme, oregano, basil and a little vinegar. It tastes great on toasted bread or with lamb, roast beef, grilled meat and egg dishes.
