Concentrated enzyme complex produced by the yeast Aspergilius niger. It breaks down pectin from fruits and other plant parts, clarifying juices and peels, blending and softening raw parts of fruits and vegetables so they taste fresh. Cover, inject or immerse the product in the pectinase solution. For optimal results, impregnation with 2-5 vacuum cycles is recommended. It can be applied directly to the product as a powder.
Enzyme in powder form. Maltodextrin, sucrose, salt, pectinase, beta-glucanase, preservative: E202, stabilizer: E517. Dosage: 0.1-5% diluted in water or in the product itself. Product intended for food use. Application: Add powder to the product, impregnate in a vacuum or inject with a syringe. Store in a cool, dry place.
