The heavy clay soil of the Holle produces wines with monumental power and mineral elegance. The wine has enormous length and fullness and appears fresh and young. The wine is very complex with a wealth of aromas and shows the opulence typical of the Holle. Ripe apples and peaches can be tasted in the finish. Gunter Kunstler has been running the business since 1992 with top locations in Hochheim and Rudesheim, which are mainly planted with old vines.
