With Kaiso Seaweed Mix you can prepare salads or garnish hot and cold dishes. The mixture is made up of 6 different algae: giant leaf tang, giant stem tang, belted tang, white tang, green tang and red tang. It contains hardly any calories, no cholesterol and is rich in minerals and fiber. The dried algae are soaked in cold water for 5 minutes and can then be used immediately. The volume increases tenfold through soaking. The salad can be dressed with soy sauce or goma dressing and traditionally served as a sushi starter before sushi.
