Hand-harvested Flor de Sal from Portugal meets a special selection of peppercorns. For this blend, Malabar, long, Sarawak, and Sichuan peppercorns are ground by hand and mixed with the finest hand-harvested Flor de Sal. The result is a seasoned salt that is perfect for seasoning any dish, or simply enjoyed on its own with olive oil and good bread.
