BOSFOOD x Fully packed corn germ in rapeseed oil

Together with Vollgepackt, our producer of fresh microgreens, we have developed this wonderful, sweet-tasting corn germ oil. For this, fresh corn germs are cold-extracted and combined with rapeseed oil in a complex process. Unlike industrially produced corn germ oil, this oil is not suitable for frying. We are interested in the pure, sweet corn flavor, which comes into its own in this oil. Perfect for cold dishes or to complete warm dishes. For maximum enjoyment, it should be stored cool and - very important! - dark. Dilution: Undiluted or as desired.
