Ingredients
Ready-made mix for preparing vegan schnitzels with pea protein. 49% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), thickener: methylcellulose, 11% pea flour, 9.1% pea protein, psyllium husks, rapeseed oil, table salt, flavorings, spice extract. Preparation recommendation for approx. 1.5 kg schnitzel mixture, 10 schnitzels of 150g each: Mix 500g of the vegan schnitzel ready-made mix thoroughly with 1l of very cold water and leave to rest for approx. 3 minutes. Form flat schnitzels from the mixture with moistened hands and season well with salt and pepper before breading. Tip: Use baking paper to press your schnitzels flat. Heat plenty of cooking oil in a coated pan and fry the schnitzels on a low to medium heat for approx. 3-4 minutes per side. Store in a dry place, protected from light and not above room temperature.
