2021 Blanc de Blanc 9294 sparkling wine, brut, 12% vol., Andres

This sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay and bears the name of the winemakers Michael and Thomas. The first fermentation traditionally took place spontaneously in wooden barrels. After the second fermentation, it is aged on the yeast for three years to enhance the balance between body and perlage.
