Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Invecchiato is produced after a minimum of three years of aging using the finest, cooked must from late-ripening grapes, dried on wooden racks. It is then aged in barriques. A harmonious and elegant elixir, 100% natural, without caramel, colorings, or additives. Ideal with Parmigiano Reggiano and pears, fresh strawberries, risotto and scallops, foie gras, pancakes with zucchini blossoms, meat carpaccio and fish tartare, sushi, and sashimi.
