Pleasant, yellow-fruity bouquet with a light hint of vanilla and banana - on the palate, this cuvee has a good melting sensation, power and apricot aroma. It is not sweet, but has so many yellow fruits that it almost seems sweeter. Despite its lightness, it is mineral. Multifaceted with fine, elegant fruit. Nice to drink on its own, or as an accompaniment to pasta in cream sauce, mushroom dishes or white meat
