2019 Brauneberger Klostergarten Pinot Noir, dry, 13.5% vol., Molitor

The Brauneberger Klostergarten vineyard is a deep soil of finely splintery slate. Careful work in the vineyard and strict selection during the harvest resulted in the best and fully ripe grape material with plenty of minerality. The Pinot Noir has floral and vegetal aromas with cool fruit intensity. Round and elegant on the palate, deep and mouth-filling. Quite catchy even at a young age thanks to the silky tannins and very fine acidity.
