Our Koegler Verjus Fermentino is fermented verjuice. Through the fermentation of the Fermentino, the residual sugar is reduced to almost 0. This makes the acidity even more pronounced and the fermentino develops aromas that can also be found in the wine. Our Verjus Fermentino is green like a lime because the acid is paired with a little alcohol and is therefore even more robust and strong.
