Dom Ruinart Rose 2009 is a champagne rarity whose unique character is based on the selection of Grand Crus used. A sophisticated, dynamic champagne with a strong character. On the nose, roasted notes mix with the aromas of ripe citrus fruits. On the palate, the Chardonnay provides freshness and a crisp, straightforward character. The beautifully structured finish is full of controlled strength and allows the Pinot Noir to express its particularly fine bitterness thanks to the low dosage. A warm, sunny aroma immediately develops on the nose with roasted notes of coffee and cocoa beans, which mix with candied apple and ripe citrus fruits such as mandarin, blood orange or kumquat.
