Available from the end of September. The classic Milanese panettone is flat. The dough contains candied orange peel and lemon peel and, in the case of Breramilano, also candied pieces of cedrat lemon. Raisins are also added and turn the aromatic yeast cake into a rich specialty for Advent coffee. It also tastes great toasted with cheese when the day gets longer.
