Cristal Rose is made using the Saignee method after cold maceration of approximately 55% Pinot noir and 45% Chardonnay, with a proportion of 20% aged in oak barrels. It matures in the cellar for an average of 6 years. Shiny, extremely fine and dynamic perlage. Elegant bouquet with notes of tart, just-harvested red fruits (wild strawberries, raspberries) and citrus-scented petals. The different aromas are delicately interwoven, pure and clear: notes of fresh almonds, bread and spices (cocoa beans) gradually develop, resulting in more than just a bouquet. Intense, smooth and captivating on the palate. A logical continuation of the bouquet. Over time, the juicy, concentrated red fruits become reminiscent of a liqueur made from raspberries and invigorating sweet citrus fruits. The harmonious impression and the subtlety of the aromas are underlined by a creamy effervescence, which ensures a concentrated, round wine.
