Champagne Gimonnet Gonet, 2015 Terre Cramant Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

The grapes come exclusively from the vineyards of the Grand Cru town of Cramant. Pale golden color with a fine mousse. Some nuttiness on the nose. Stone fruit, ripe citrus and floral notes on the palate. Creamy mouthfeel. The low dosage expresses the chalky minerality very nicely. Very long in the finish, still has great shelf life.
