Papaya chunks (large pieces), dried, sulphurised, without E330

These papaya dried fruits are made from fully ripe sweet and aromatic fruits and dried with hot air. In this way, part of their water can be withdrawn in order to preserve them. They can be eaten dried, but also pickled again in water, fruit juice or alcohol. Papayas pair well with ham and smoked salmon.
