Leccino comes from a robust tree that adapts easily to the different climatic conditions in which it grows. Gentile is a high-quality variety found exclusively in the Chieti area. Di Carlo oil has, among its properties, a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, beta-carotene, and tocopherols, which are important for the prevention of cholesterol and cardiovascular diseases thanks to their antioxidant properties. A top-class olive oil that can be used both in salads and in savory dishes. There are few better ones in Italy.
