Dashi Fond Concentrate, dark, vegan, Fueki - Shoyu, Japan
This dashi stock is produced in Japan by Fueki Shoyu specifically for a vegan retailer. We are delighted to offer this delicious stock, which is also very tasty for non-vegans, exclusively in Germany. A vegan dashi made from pure kombu (no extract) and dried shiitake mushrooms (no extract), refined with Fueki`s barrel-aged (approx. 1.5 years) shoyu. Enjoy it neat over tofu or grilled vegetables. Dilute 6 to 7 times for dashi soups for udon or soba. As a dip: dilute 2 to 3 times.
