These burger patties are, as it should be, made from processed dry aged (6 weeks of dry aging) minced meat, mixed by hand and coarsely minced. The dry agent of the burger meat gives the meat a much more intense taste than regular burger or minced meat. Pieces of meat are matured whole on the bone and only the core is later processed into minced meat. The incomparable taste speaks for itself, because eatventure`s Dry Aged Burgers are as valuable as a good steak. Red Heifer Burger = 6 weeks maturing time. Red Heifer Beef comes from so-called Golden Cross breeds. Golden Cross is a well-known term among passionate breeders because, as the name suggests, you want to hit the Golden Cross with different cattle specially selected for breeding.
