Preparation based on vegetable protein with beef flavor, deep-frozen. Water, vegetable protein (WHEAT protein, SOY protein, potato protein), vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), corn starch, WHEAT STARCH, WHEAT FLOUR, cocoa butter, maltodextrin, flavorings, salt, BARLEY MALT, spices (MUSTERD), coloring (beetroot red, caramel colour), dried vegetables, cherry juice. Preparation: Cut against the grain into three 3 cm pieces, season generously with olive oil. Place the pieces on a grill/pan over medium heat and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the temperature reaches +72°C. After cooking, place on a cutting board and cut along the grain into pieces 0.5-1 cm thick. Store at a maximum of -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting. It is recommended to thaw the product in the refrigerator for about 8 hours before preparation.
