Saishikomi means that instead of water, the shoyu (soy sauce) is brewed with ready-made soy sauce. This gives a stronger flavor but is still less salty. A must for all beef lovers! The fine acidity of this shoyu combines fantastic with steaks. Ideal for barbecue time. But of course also with sashimi and other dishes to be seasoned.
