The bonito - albacore - is caught individually in the Bay of Biscay, carefully filleted by hand and cooked according to the family`s traditional recipe. Components of the Salsa Catalana are fine paprika powder and wine vinegar. In combination with the tender and tasty meat of the bonito, the result is an intense and harmonious taste. Ideal for salads or simply on its own.
