Japanese miso sauce. 29.9% Miso [Fermented SOYBEAN PASTE](Rice, Water, SOYBEANS, Salt, Glucose Syrup), Water, Sugar, Fermented Rice Seasoning (Alcohol, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Vinegar, Fermented Seasoning, Dextrose, Salt, Sugar, Japanese Apricot Vinegar), SOY SAUCE ( WHEAT, SOYBEANS, salt), coloring agent: caramel (E150a), vinegar, sweetened rice wine, salt, SESAME, yeast extract, ginger, thickener: xanthan gum (E415), kombu extract. Contains alcohol! Shake well before use. Protect from direct sunlight. Store cool and dry. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
