DE - ORGANIC - 001 The aromatic fenugreek, also known as bread or cheese fenugreek, is used in Switzerland as a spice for Schabziger, a very flavorful hard cheese. In South Tyrol, it is used as a typical bread spice, for example, for Vinschgau flatbreads and rye breads. Fenugreek herb is used exclusively in dried form for seasoning. Besides savory baked goods, it also adds a wonderfully spicy note to salads, dips, spreads made with cream cheese or quark, and casseroles with cheese, eggs, and potatoes.
