Triquell cold juice binder is the ideal binder for thickening fruit fillings. Neutral in taste, baking and frost-proof with high transparency. New quality!!! Safe, clump-free application. Basic recipe: 100-150g Triquell, 300g sugar and 1 liter fruit juice / water. Mix Triquell with sugar, stir into the cold liquid and fold in the fruit.
