Triquell Cold Juice Thickener is the ideal binder for thickening fruit fillings. It`s flavorless, bake- and freeze-stable, and highly transparent. New quality! Safe, lump-free application. Basic recipe: 100-150g Triquell, 300g sugar, and 1 liter of fruit juice/water. Mix Triquell with the sugar, stir into the cold liquid, and fold in the fruit.
