
Instant jelly powder, jelly icing
The instant jelly powder is an acid-stable instant gelling agent for smooth, clear, cut-resistant jelly casts for all kinds of fruit pastries. The powder consists of sugar, starch and thickeners. Stir 50g instant jelly and 300g sugar into 1 liter of boiling water or fruit juice, bring to the boil for about 1 minute, skim off and apply with a brush.
