2018er Coteaux Champenois Bouzy Rouge, Champagne, 12.5% vol., Herbert Beaufort

This French red wine is a pure Pinot Noir, selected only from the best vintages and vineyard parcels. The vineyards of the traditional Henry Beaufort estate comprise 13 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards and 3.5 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards. The rigorous selection of the grapes, the meticulous, artisanal winemaking process during destemming and pressing, and aging in oak barrels are all hallmarks of Bouzy Rouge. This exceptional wine, with its ruby-red color and rare elegance, is also an expression of the Champagne tradition. Bouzy Rouge pairs well with white meat and cheese.
