This variety of bell pepper is produced exclusively in the western Spanish province of Extremadura (Ia Vra Valley). Fully ripe, large peppers are simultaneously dried and smoked. A sweet and smoky delight with a satisfying kick! Uses: Excellent for Mediterranean cuisine, roasted potatoes, Spanish fries (patatas bravas), and white cabbage. It is also used in the production of chorizo.
