Powder for making seitan. When mixed with water, you get fresh seitan raw mass in double the amount of the basic weight. Preparation in a few minutes. Top product all along the line! Preparation suggestion: Mix the seitan fix with water and knead well. Cut the mixture into slices, schnitzel, cubes etc. as you like and add to the boiling broth for 20 minutes.
