DE - ORGANIC - 034 The vintage Japanese cherry blossom syrup has a fragrance reminiscent of marzipan and velvety cherry compote. Taste: black cherry, bitter almond, marzipan, and a delicate hint of chocolate. Use diluted 1:10 as a spritzer, to enhance sparkling wine and tea, as a hot topping, in yogurt and muesli, with desserts, fresh fruit, and in sauces for veal or game. The base product is blossoms, harvested by hand and processed while still fresh. Blossom extracts are made in clear spring water without heating or pressing. The blossom syrups are only slightly sweet, and the blossom extracts are sugar-free.
