Morels are very aromatic edible mushrooms that have a distinctive aroma. With the curd you can refine a Duxelle mass, use it for spices and stocks or support any mushroom dishes. Except for dry spice blends, mushrooms should be soaked in hot water before processing. But don`t throw the water away afterwards - it`s full of flavor!!
Spitzmorchelstiele dried, breakage. 100% spotted morel (Morchella conica). Let mushrooms soak in lukewarm water for approx. 45 minutes, then wash well. Only durchgegart eat. Store dry.
