Halen Mon sea salt is extracted from the Atlantic around the Isle of Anglesey in Wales. Anyone who has smelled and tasted this sea salt with vanilla will be amazed. The combination of aromatic bourbon vanilla with Halen Mon sea salt flakes has created a luxurious and unique product. It goes fantastically with fish dishes, especially scallops. But it can also be combined excellently with chocolate.
