For quick and easy production of stable and cold Espumas. Unfolds its stabilizing effect without heating. Blend EspumaCold in cold liquid. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Fill in a suitable siphon and pour N20 cartridge (s). Depending on the desired stability 0.5 to 2.5% (100 ml liquid = 2.5 g Espuma cold).
