EQUOTORIALE LACTEE - Universal milk chocolate made with 35% cocoa, 44% sugar, 20% milk, and a total fat content of 37%. Ideal for coating and decorating many baked goods, as well as for filling pralines. It has a mild, milky flavor and is therefore very versatile. Callets resemble small chocolate drops and are perfect when only a small amount of chocolate needs to be melted, as they are easy to portion. Once melted, they can be used for coating, filling, and decorating. They are also well-suited for making mousse.
