Swordfish Navaja de Finisterre, Jelo, Los Peperetes
Harvested by experienced divers, these delicious razor clams from the waters around Cap de Finisterre are presented with our classic garlic sauce. The best and largest clams are cleaned and washed in warm salt water, then carefully placed in the can and preserved. The Pesca de Rias seal of quality guarantees sustainable, artisanal fishing practices, thus ensuring the origin and quality of the clams. A delight with a crisp wine and a few slices of toasted bread; also delicious slightly warmed with a squeeze of lemon. From the Los Peperetes manufactory in Galicia come top-quality canned seafood. Owners Jesus Lorenzo and his wife Dona Paz originally began preserving these little delicacies in their popular restaurant, Los Peperetes.
