Callebaut GOLD chocolate, with caramel note, callets, 30.4% cocoa
After more than 100 years, Callebaut® is introducing a fourth flavor and color to its Finest Belgian Chocolates family. The brand-new `Gold` caramel chocolate will complement the classic dark, milk, and white chocolates in the Finest Belgian Chocolate range. With this new recipe, Callebaut® offers its customers a way to respond to the growing consumer demand for caramel flavor. Just like the already successful classics, the new Gold chocolate is made from bean to toe in Belgium. The color of the caramel chocolate is reminiscent of warm caramel tones and amber, with a golden hue. The intense, well-balanced caramel chocolate lends every creation an enticing note of rich toffee, butter, cream, and a pinch of salt.
