The bittersweet version of the Gianduiotto from 1865 made from Piedmont hazelnuts is pleasantly dry. The cocoa content is 40%. It tastes wonderful to a port or semi-dry sherry. Loose goods, about 11-12 pieces per 100 g. Gluten free.
