This rice is famous for its fine fruity fragrance, which it owes aromatic organic essences from the orange blossom and Chinese sea buckthorn. The fine, loose Basmati rice needs a cooking time of only 20 minutes on a very low flame. It is not rinsed off before cooking. As an accompaniment to fish and vegetables, it brings a lot of color to the plate, but it is also perfect for a particularly aromatic risotto.
