Truffle cream, with summer and white truffle, Zigante Tartufi
The tartufata can serve as a spread or as the basis for a truffle cream sauce that goes well with pasta dishes such as tagliatelle or the typical Istrian fuzi. Heat a tablespoon of tartufata to 200ml with butter, add the cream, stir briefly and pour over the finished pasta. Then the dish can be refined with a little virgin olive oil and grated parmesan. Served hot, such a pasta is an incomparable delicacy! No preservatives! No chemical additives! Only natural flavors!
