Cream powder for quick preparation of pastries and desserts. 1 liter milk, 90 g vanilla cream powder, 100 g sugar, 100 g fat (butter, margarine). Bring about 80% of the milk with the fat to the boil; Stir the vanilla cream powder and sugar into the remaining milk without lumps and add to the boiling milk; Bring to the boil briefly until the pudding separates from the bottom.
