 
        Callebaut Mousse au Chocolat - powder, white
Easy-to-use powder for making chocolate mousse. Simply mix 800g of powder with 1 liter of cold milk and whisk at high speed for 5 minutes. Let it chill for at least 2-3 hours. Makes approximately 36 50g servings. Special BOS FOOD tips - tested on our in-house coffee machine: The mousse powder can be used to make a white cocoa drink. Dissolve approximately 40g (depending on taste) of powder in 150-200ml of hot whole milk and top with milk foam. The mix tastes delicious when paired with an espresso. Or simply sweeten your cafe crema with the white mousse powder...
